How to clean and maintain Electric shaver?

How to clean and maintain Electric shaver?

1. Daily cleaning
Clean after each use: It is recommended to clean the shaver immediately after each use to avoid the accumulation of hair, dead skin and other dirt, which will affect the shaving effect and blade life.
Cleaning steps:
Turn off the power and unplug the charging cable.
Rinse the shaver's blade head and outer mesh with warm water to remove residual hair and shaving cream
If the shaver supports detachable blade heads (such as Braun, Philips and other brands), the blade head can be removed and cleaned separately. Use a soft brush or a special cleaning brush to clean the hair and dirt on the blade and blade mesh
For shavers with non-detachable blade heads, you can rinse them directly under the tap.
After cleaning, wipe the blade head and body with a paper towel or absorbent cotton cloth to avoid water droplets.

2. Deep cleaning
Deep cleaning once a month: It is recommended to perform deep cleaning once a month to thoroughly remove the blade and internal dirt.
Deep cleaning steps:
Remove the blade head and blade net, and use a small brush or a special cleaning brush to clean the stubborn dirt on the blade and blade net
Use a special cleaner or alcohol to wipe the blade and blade net to ensure that there is no residue.
After cleaning, put the blade head and blade net back into the shaver.

3. Lubrication and maintenance
Regular lubrication: To keep the blade running smoothly, it is recommended to drop a drop of lubricant (such as sewing machine oil) on the blade every 6-12 months.
Lubrication steps:
Turn off the power and unplug the charging cable.
Drop a drop of lubricant on each layer of the outer mesh, then start the shaver and run it for about 5 seconds to evenly apply the oil.
Turn off the power and wipe off the excess oil with a soft cloth.

4. Storage and maintenance
Storage environment: Store the shaver in a dry and cool place to avoid rusting of parts due to humid environment.
Protection measures:
Use a special protective case or storage bag to store the shaver to prevent scratches.
If there is a charging base, make sure it is clean and placed stably
